AUTHORIZED USE OF THE TRADEMARK
The phrase Time Line Therapy™ is a registered trademark of the late Everett W. (Tad) James and Dr Adriana James, and is licensed exclusively to the Time Line Therapy™ Association. Members agree to abide by all federal trademark laws relating to the protection of the trademark.
The following phrase may be included in any advertising where the term Time Line Therapy® is used.
“Time Line Therapy™ is a trademark of the late Tad James and Dr Adriana James, and is exclusively licensed to The Time Line Therapy™ Association.”
“™” must be placed next to the term “Time Line Therapy” whenever it appears in print, except…
“®” must be placed next to the term “Time Line Therapy” when it is used in connection with training, seminars, audio’s, videos and internet delivery and any other goods and services for which federal registrations are obtained.
The term, “Time Line Therapy®” must always be used as an adjective, describing techniques, seminars, services, methods, processes. etc. The term, “Time Line Therapy™” should never be used as a noun.
Only members of the Time Line Therapy® Association (TLTA) are authorized to use the trademark.
